Full Funded; many thanks

This is a post to say that the Guidebook project is now fully funded.

The botanical illustrator is working away on the plants I have selected, and I will be starting to work on the text. Watch this space for updated but a huge thank you to everyone who donated, and for all the support.

I will keep up the blog posts but they will be less frequent - maybe every other week - this is in part because I will be back teaching soon and my time will be far more limited.

I am visiting St Vincent soon and it will be fantastic to let them know that the Guidebook will be happening for sure. Whilst there I am training the Garden's tour guides on the heritage side of this very important site, and will take on board their comments about what they feel would be useful to have in the Guidebook.

I'm signing off with the Passionflower again, as this has become the symbol of the project. The plant has symbolism; largely Christian in relation to The Passion which you can read about here, and this includes hope. I had hoped the project would get funded and it has so again, a huge thanks. I really can't express how grateful I am to everyone who has donated.
